The launch of the new SRAM RED eTap AXS 12-speed groupset has made headlines in the cycling world and it comes as no surprise that, following its release, some of the biggest brands are releasing their flagship framesets draped in these exciting new parts.

Our senior tech editor Warren Rossiter has been riding the groupset for around three months now and has given SRAM’s range-topping product a perfect, five-star review.

Alongside the five-star performance is a five-star price tag, with SRAM retailing the groupset for a whopping £3,349 / $3,648 / €3,618. As you might expect, frame manufacturers have reserved their best — and equally most expensive — models to be paired with the groupset.
