Nick is a freelance journalist and triathlon coach based in Cornwall, which is perfect because he's a grinder and loves steep inclines. He started mountain biking in the Italian Alps, where he's from, and then had a stint at downhill. Once he tried road cycling, he was converted, but he's now pondering whether he should get another MTB or a gravel bike. His wife has agreed to try gravel riding, providing they move to Tuscany. Strade Bianche, anyone?
