Paul is a sports scientist, author, researcher and lecturer, with a broad range of experience covering physiological testing and training programme support for a number of sports, including cycling, football, rowing and athletics. Paul, who is accredited by the British Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences, is a senior lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, and the author of the popular textbook, Advanced Personal Training: Science to Practice. His current PhD research is focussed on how sleep affects physical performance and fatigue management techniques.
