No problems in terms of fit or performance, but nothing to elevate them to this price

The Iris DH goggles from POC are extremely comfortable but not exactly cheap. We tried them in both the Specialized Dissident and Troy Lee D3 helmets where they fitted well. The flexible frame helps with fit, moulding to your face and around the helmet’s opening.

The multi-density foam is coated in a Coolmax fabric to keep things comfortable and help absorb perspiration. The fabric is soft against your skin and does a good job of wicking sweat on warmer rides. Lens clarity is good with no distortion and it took some going before these started to fog up badly.

As you’d expect for goggles at this price, there are silicone gripper strips on the underside of the strap to keep them firmly in place, and tear-off lugs on the lens. Although they’re comfy, there’s nothing really mind blowing about them, which is a shame for the price.
