For cooler spring and autumn days, this 100 percent merino wool jersey is ideal. It’s a medium weight – lighter than the Twin Six Trainer we tested earlier this year – and the finishing and quality is excellent.
It’s made by Woolistic for Twin Six and features a short front zip, three deep rear pockets and thick ribbed cuffs. Being wool it wicks well, keeps you warm and doesn’t get stinky like polyester jerseys can.
Sizing is more British than European so our large size was plenty big enough for our 6ft 2in tester. It’s machine washable, and available in two colour options: grey/black and green/white..
