Connex chains have long been popular at MBUK, and this one’s no exception. The gold finish not only looks amazing but also wears well and resists corrosion. Like SRAM chains, it can be rejoined using a conventional tool with existing pins.
At its full 114-link length it weighs 285g, including the supplied joining link. Shifting is ultra smooth with both SRAM and Shimano transmissions, although the Connex Gold is a touch more expensive than the equivalent SRAM or Shimano chains.
