Shimano's new XTR M9100 groupset is the brand's first 12-speed offering, and it debuts an all-new Micro Spline freehub to accommodate that extra cog.

Aimed primarily at XC, enduro and marathon racers, XTR features a host of refinements alongside that headline-grabbing 12th gear.

It features huge adjustability and retains both 1x and 2x crank options, so racers have the choice.
