Pactimo World Bicycle Relief Jersey
You can never have too many jerseys, and while this is certainly a good looking choice with features such as a full-length YKK zip, breathable mesh panels at the side, three rear pockets plus headphone/race radio compatibility, there’s more to this jersey than meets the eye.
Quarter of the price of each jersey will go to World Bicycle Relief, a charity that aims to alleviate poverty by providing bicycles to individuals and communities in remote regions around the world such as South-East Asia and Africa. They’ve already distributed well over 300,000 bicycles.
Recipients include girls for whom the bikes make a huge difference, allowing them to get to school quicker and more safely and meaning they stay in education for longer and have more opportunities in the future.
So while this jersey may be aimed at summertime riding, whatever conditions you ride it in it’s certain to give you a warm glow.

Queen of the Mountains Deep Winter padded tights
When the going gets cold we don’t stop riding, right? And with a cosy pair of Roubaix tights with fleece lining, like these from British brand Queen of the Mountains, you’ll ride right on through the chilly months.
There are a few great features on these Deep Winter padded tights. Firstly, the baselayer style upper with a colourful mesh back. Secondly, the fact that the bum and calf area are covered with a waterproof material to eliminate those wet chamois moments!
We also like them because Queen of the Mountains is an up-and-coming company founded by one woman who wanted to expand the range of kit on offer for female cyclists, and that’s something we totally get behind.
So, if you want a pair of tights that are cold- and wet-weather ready, look good AND support women in the cycling industry, check these out.

Rapha Rainproof Essentials Case
The Essentials case from Rapha is one of the handiest little items we own, able to take a phone, keys and money or repair essentials, neatly stowed in a back pocket. However, it wasn’t waterproof so not that useful on wet weather rides.
This is, until now. Rapha has just released a new version of the case in a waterproof and reflective material with an Aquaguard water repellent zip. There’s also a large version for bigger mobile phones.
- Price: £25 / $35 / AU$45
- Available from Rapha

dhb Aeron Women’s Storm waterproof jacket
A good waterproof jacket should be in every cyclist's wardrobe... unless you are lucky enough to live somewhere where wet weather is relatively rare. So, not the UK.
Aesthetically, this jacket punches above its weight with a sleek fitted cut, drop tail and cuffs that keep drafts and errant rain drops from moving inside the sleeves.
The lining is comprised of a particle-based laminate that, Wiggle says, activates through your body heat to help remove moisture with the rate of transference increasing the hotter you get.
The outer waterproof layers have a rating of 20,000mm with fully taped seams.
- Price: £130 / $176.67 / AU$230.23
